Description of Phillip Island: Located at the entrance to Westernport, Phillip Island is the most popular single tourist destination in Australia. The large fairy penguin colony and the other natural features of Phillip Island (Churchill Island, Cape Woolamai, Seal Rocks, the Phillip Island Blowhole, the Koala Conservation Centre, Conservation Hill, Pyramid Hill, Swan Lake and the fine bays and beaches) are the major attractions although the island has a few substantial towns and a number of attractions, including a winery, a fun park, the Sea Life Centre, a range of accommodation, the popular Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit and Phillip Island Wildlife Park.
