Eumundi is located just off the Bruce Highway in the Sunshine Coast hinterland, 120 km north of Brisbane. Situated in an area noted for its pineapples, sugar and ginger, Eumundi's Old Butter Factory is the site of a major craft market every Sunday. Other attractions are the Eumundi Brewery, Eumundi Historical Museum, Thunder Egg Farm, Gingertown at Yandina and Bli Bli Medieval Castle. Eumundi also has the advantage that it is only fifteen minutes drive from Noosa Heads. Excellent bed-and-breakfast accommodation is available at Eumundi.
